Could you go for a thirty-minute helicopter ride? Downtown Phoenix’s stunning skyline helicopter flight is one you won’t forget. Board the helicopter at the Falcon Field Airport, just outside of the city, put on those headphones, grab your camera, and your off.
Fly over the Valley of the Sun, then watch as the landscape changes from desert to urban spread as the flight circles above Downtown. Try to get the early flight for the sunrise or the late for the sunset. Either way, it’s just beautiful
Take sunglasses and don’t forget your camera. You’ll want a hundred photos of those views.
Be sure to check out the three-hundred and fifty plus exhibitions to discover how solar energy is harvested and used. Have an amazing experience with nature in the Immersion Theater or find out the secrets of Morse code communication.
The Arizona Science Center is a fascinating place to visit. It has a two-hundred-fifty seat planetarium plus Fab Labs where visiting scientific specialists present lectures and workshops. Be sure to take your time to explore it all. The kids will love it.
The Teapot is located on Dt’s 5th Avenue. It’s a quaint little coffee shop that has been fully restored early 1900’s building which wouldn’t be out of place in the British countryside.
There are traditional English savories like quiche, sausage rolls, and pork pies on the menu. Honestly most come for not only the tea but the scones with cream and jam the lattes or a piece of homemade pie. In summer, be sure to try the cold lemonade.
